By Friday, everyone’s running on fumes. The week’s been full, and this meal is meant to be easy — a no-stress way to finish strong. Brinner Winner is our dinner-for-breakfast night, a fun reset before the weekend. There’s comfort in flipping the script like this, and honestly, nobody complains when pancakes show up at dinnertime.
